I also struggle with knowing whether writing in depth about my challenges is lingering or if it's processing. Often I feel like writing about it helps leave it in the past -- like a sign that I finally have enough legs to make sense of it. But I think there is a lot of value in sharing openly and vulnerably about these difficult things because many people can relate and often feel like they are in it by themselves. Would definitely love to read any of those stories if you do feel like sharing in the future
